Irving Middle School a. Work includes interior renovations to Art, CTE, and FCS classrooms. In addition, two new restrooms will be added to the first and second floors. 2. Pound Middle School a. Work includes interior renovations to Art, CTE, and FCS classrooms. In addition, two new restrooms will be added near the cafeteria and boys locker rooms. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract for work at both project locations. 1.6 PHASED CONSTRUCTION A. Construct the Work in phases, with each phase substantially complete as indicated on Drawings. B. Before commencing Work of each phase, submit an updated copy of Contractor's construction schedule, showing the sequence, commencement and completion dates , and move-out and -in dates of Owner's personnel for all phases of the Work. 1.7 WORK PERFORMED BY OWNER A. Cooperate fully with Owner, so work may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying Work under this Contract or work by Owner. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed by Owner
