LOCATION: 45 miles NW of Coffman Cove, Hyder Census Area, Prince of Wales Island, Alaska WORK: Work consists of roadway excavation, sub-excavation, soft ground embankment construction (surcharge), grading, rock blasting, riprap placement, rockery, drainage (including large Aquatic Organism Pipes), embankment (including settlement monitoring), placement of aggregate surface course, guardrail installation, erosion control, temporary traffic control, permanent signage, and turf establishment.
