1) Replumbing water and sewage lines above ground 2) Replace all restroom fixtures 3) Cleanup and demolition debris removal 4) Water cleanup, and drying 5) Removal and disposal of existing toilets, urinals, sinks, fixtures 6) All other services necessary to complete the job scope The City of Arvin is seeking sealed proposals from qualified general contractors or plumbers for the restoration of DiGiorgio Park restrooms including replumbing and replacement of toilets, urinals, sinks, and lavatory fixtures. DIGIORGIO PARK RESTROOM RESTORATION includes new stainless steel toilets, urinals, sinks, and lavatory fixtures and replacement of all plumbing above surface, such as sewage lines and water lines. The City of Arvin reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid or in the bidding process. All questions should be emailed with a subject header entitled, DiGiorgio Park Restroom Restoration. Please submit any questions on or before 5:00 PM on November 02, 2023. No later than 5:00 PM on November 06, 2023, the City will post responses to all questions received. Vendor Requirements: 1. The proposed Vendor will have been in business for more than two years. 2. Copy of Contractors License 3. Certificate of liability insurance 4. Business License from the City of Arvin (may be obtained once bid is approved by the Arvin City Council.) 5. Proposed work plan/schedule to include earliest start date available and estimate time to completion from start.
