Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Beaver, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work involves reconstruction and expansion of an existing parking area at the courthouse building and includes placing new bituminous pavement and pavement markings. All work and specifications shall be in accordance with PENNDOT Publication 408 latest edition unless otherwise noted. Bids, whether mailed or delivered in person, shall be sealed, and marked "Beaver County Courthouse Parking Renovations and shall be addressed to: Beaver County Controller's Office, Beaver County Courthouse, 810 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009. The County reserves the right to accept or reject individual Bids and to waive any irregularities and/or any informalities in the Bids or Bidding. Requests for clarification during the bidding phase shall be forwarded by email to tsadaka@widmerengineering.com. Responses shall be publicly displayed on the Widmer Engineering Inc. website. All requests for clarification must be received no later than five (5) business days prior to the anticipated date of receipt of Bids. All work must be completed in 45 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
