St. John the Baptist Parish Council will receive submittals for: Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) for Reserve Wastewater Treatment Pond Capacity Expansion St. John the Baptist Parish (Parish) is hereby soliciting the submittal of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from firms interested in and qualified to design and construct the Reserve Wastewater Treatment Pond Capacity Expansion project using Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) project delivery method in accordance with Louisiana Revised Statute. The preliminary estimated cost of construction for the Project is $13.35 Million, which includes contingencies. Information included in the Respondent's SOQ pertaining to bonding capacity and selfperformance percentage is to be based on a $13.35 Million construction cost. Questions and comments regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing to St. John the Baptist Parish, Purchasing & Procurement Department, ATTN: Peter Montz, 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, LA 70068 or via e-mail to p.montz@stjohn-la.gov no later than 10:00 A.M. on November 30, 2023. The Parish reserves the right to accept or reject any and all submittals and to waive any irregularities or informalities incidental thereto, and to accept any submittal, which the Parish feels serves its best interest. Such action will be in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statues.
