The City of Saginaw is soliciting sealed bid proposals for the repair and lining of a Sodium Hypochlorite Tank at the Waste Water Treatment Plant per specifications found in the bid document. The AIA Document A310 - 2010 bid bond is the preferred format. Facsimiles or copies of the bid bond will not be accepted, and your bid will be disqualified if submitted. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities which do not materially affect the bid document or otherwise conflict with statute or ordinance. Any rejections of bids shall be made only if there is a sound documented reason for same. Bidder to perform the following: . Cleaning, washing, and drying of interior and exterior of the tank, in the affected area. . Repair area to be scored or ground to provide good mechanical bond for lining materials. . Worm holes, delamination, or voids to be filled and repaired prior to tank priming. . Primer material applied. . Final corrosion barrier material applied and finished. . Provide warrantied repair, and repair any leakage from repaired area, for the duration of the warranty period.
