Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Eldridge, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The extent of work on this project is the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of improvements generally described as follows: New lift station, approximately 4,200 LF of force main, and associated structures, power, and controls Questions regarding this project may be directed to Shane Oyler at Shive-Hattery, email soyler@shive-hattery.com or 563.635.7258. Each bid shall be accompanied by bid security meeting the requirements of the specifications and made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. If the contract is awarded by the Scott County Conservation Board, the proposed improvements shall be fully completed within the Contract Time of 300 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. A Notice to Proceed shall be issued the same day as execution of the Agreement by the Scott County Conservation Board which is anticipated to be in November 2023. The Scott County Conservation Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and/or irregularities.
