The Office of Exposition Park Management (OEPM) is soliciting bids to procure all labor, tools, materials, transportation and travel time, prevailing wages, and bond(s) to provide Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning (HVAC) services located at Exposition Park, as outlined in Exhibit A, Scope of Work. Bidder must provide a copy of the current General B or C-20 Contractor license and any other supporting documentation necessary to support this requirement. If the awarded Contract is more than $25,000, the winning bidder (Contractor) must provide the OEPM a Payment Bond equal to 100% of the total amount of the contract within ten (10) business days of the contract award. Questions not submitted in writing by the Key Action Date for submission of written questions shall be answered at the State's option.
