The selected Proposer(s) will be expected to be available to complete OIAA Security Enhancements - Phase 1 and 2 SSE, and all its scope as outlined in this RFP and associated Basis of Design Narrative and Drawing Set. Proposers will identify team leadership and key staff that will be most able and available to serve OIAA in a consistent and efficient manner. It is expected that not only professional services will be provided but also all software, hardware, infrastructure, equipment, electrical, and other components that will be required for a turn-key completed project and solution. When and as directed by the OIAA, the Firm's services shall include, without limitations, the following scope of work: 1. Design a. 60% Design Documents and Updated Cost Estimate b. 90% Design Documents and Update Cost Estimate c. 100% Construction Documents (Signed and Sealed) and Final Project Cost 2. Permitting and Approvals 3. Installation and Construction 4. Integration 5. Acceptance Testing 6.
