The Village of Hoffman Estates Department of Public Works is soliciting bids for "500,000 Gallon Spheroid Olmstead tank (T-5) Exterior Repaint with Containment, Wet Interior Repaint, Dry Interior Repaint, and Miscellaneous Repairs. This project name is to be understood to include the entire scope of project as defined and detailed by these specifications and Contract Documents. For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders, and if applicable Supplemental Instructions to Bidders, that are included in the Bidding Requirements. All bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check, or bank draft payable to the Village of Hoffman Estates for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Event notes : Rejection of Bids. The Village of Hoffman Estates reserves the right to waive any/all informality, or to reject any Bids and/or parts thereof, and to accept that bid which it deems most favorable to Hoffman Estates after all bids have been examined and canvassed. By the Order of the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Hoffman Estates.
