The City incurs no responsibility for the fact that written notices or any documents transmitted by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, all bidders must ensure, before submitting their offer, to obtain all documents related to this call for tenders. For any additional information, please contact Mr. Philippe Lefebvre , coordinator at the Procurement Division, for the administrative aspect at the email address p.lefebvre@drummondville.ca and with Ms. Marie - Eve Pelletier, supply management coordinator. contracts with the Public Works Department , for the technical component at the email address mpelletier@drummondville.ca . The City of Drummondville does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received nor to incur any costs or obligations of any kind towards the bidder(s). The City also reserves the right to refuse any bid from a contractor or supplier who, during the last two years preceding the bid opening date, has been the subject of an unsatisfactory performance evaluation by municipal organization.
