Reline fireplace flue with stainless steel liner 2. Pressure wash and repoint exterior brick where needed and apply a siloxane-based water repellant 3. Complete chimney inspection after completion of work to show that chimney is in safe operable condition, provide inspection to management Residence #2 10305 State Park Rd 1. Reline flue with stainless steel liner 2. Repair cracks in crown 3. Pressure wash and repoint exterior brick where needed and apply a siloxane-based water repellant 4. Caulk sides of chimney where needed 5.
