Woodlawn Utility District (Owner) is requesting sealed Bids for the construction of the following Project: WTP Pretreatment Bids for the construction of the Project The equipment and materials to be furnished will be installed at the locations shown on the Drawings: 1275 Manning Gate Road, Clarksville, TN 37042. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Yonas Hagos, Project Manager - yonas.hagos@hdrinc.com B. Alex Cummins, EIT - alex.cummins@hdrinc.com Any person with disability requiring special accommodations must contact the Woodlawn Utility District Offices no later than 7 days prior to the bid opening. The Project includes the following Work: Furnishing and installing two 1-MGD packaged pretreatment units and an intermediate pump station at the Woodlawn Water Treatment Plant. Bids are requested for the following Contract: WTP Pretreatment The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities and to readvertise. The following waivers apply to this Contract: De Minimis, Minor Components, Pig iron and direct reduced iron
