As of October 28, 2025, this project is on hold. Redevelopment of the Seminole Hotel at the Seminole Hotel located at 207 North 1st Street, Lake Wales, FL 33853. The deadline for all questions must be submitted Friday, December 1, by 5:00 pm. Intent It is the intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) to identify a developer for the Seminole Hotel. It is also the intent and purpose of this solicitation to promote competition. It shall be the proposers responsibility to advise the Purchase Agent at the address noted above, if language, requirements, etc., or any combination thereof, inadvertently restricts or limits competition or if the requirements stated in this document limits it to a single source. Such notification must be submitted in writing and must be received by the Purchasing Agent no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the proposal closing date.
