The City of Clinton, Iowa (hereafter referred to as the City) is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified professional consulting engineering firms or project teams to determine interest and capabilities in providing Construction Engineering and Inspection Services for the reconstruction of Bluff Boulevard and Manufacturing Drive in the City of Clinton. The professional consultant services contract will be for a proposed Manufacturing Drive from US Highway 30 to College Avenue and South Bluff Boulevard / North Bluff Boulevard, from College Avenue to 7th Avenue North. Question Deadline 12/14/2023 at 1:00 PM CT Any technical questions or questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted via email to jasoncraft@cityofclintoniowa.us . Questions and answers regarding this RFP will be posted with the RFP on the following online. The City has determined to set the DBE goal at 1%. The anticipated start date of the contract will be April 1, 2024. The estimated duration of the contract will be 60 months. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
