Reference Number 0000334316 El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified Vendors to furnish all materials and labor as necessary for the On-Call Landscaping Services for El Paso County Planning and Community Development (PCD). The Code Enforcement division in PCD has the ability to request administrative entry and seizure warrants from the Courts and/or receive orders through Court proceedings in order to abate violations of El Paso County Ordinance No. 18-01: Requiring the Removal of Weeds and Brush. Once a warrant is granted or a court order received, Code Enforcement must use a Vendor to complete the cleanup of properties within the timeframes specified in each warrant (typically within ten (10) days from the date of the warrant or order).
