El Paso County Water Improvement District No. 1 ("the District") is requesting sealed bids from qualified firms interested in supplying a quantity between 2,500 to 3,500 cubic yards of fiber reinforced concrete for use in a shotcrete application and delivered to Franklin Feeder Canal adjacent to the Socorro Road from approximately 10,000 to 11,000 block Socorro Road in El Paso County, Texas between November 20, 2023 and April 1, 2024. The District contact for this bid is Pete Rodriguez, Maintenance Manager, who can be reached at prodriguez@epcwid1.org. All inquiries must be in writing and sent to this email or mailed to the District Office. Persons desiring further information or interpretation of Purchase Order Documents shall make a request in writing for such information to the District's Representative no later than seven working days before Bid opening. Project and Delivery Location: Franklin Feeder Canal adjacent to the Socorro Road from approximately 10,000 to 11,000 block Socorro Road in El Paso County, Texas For the purpose of award, after Bids are opened and read aloud, total amount Bid, including accepted Bid alternatives, will be considered the amount of Bid. District reserves right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities and irregularities.
