Sarasota County is requesting quotes from qualified bidders to provide Traffic Roll Goods and Posts with holes as shown below: A. The County requires sign film, consisting of highly durable, transparent, pressure-sensitive adhesive, protected by a removable translucent, synthetic release liner. B. The film color shall conform to Federal Specification FP-85, Section 178.01(a), and ASTM D4956. C. Film is intended for use over 3M(R) Diamond Grade Sheeting (3M(R) DG 3 4090), with a minimum replacement life warranty of ten years. D. Film Roll Size 24" x 50" 3M(R) 4080 Electronic Cuttable Black reflective sheeting DG3. E. Film Roll and Protective Overlay Film Size 30" x 50", 3M(R) 4080 Series Black, White, and Orange reflective sheeting DG3 and 3M(R) Clear Electronic Cuttable Film Series 1170. F. Film Roll and Protective Overlay Film Size 36" x 50", 3M(R) 4080 Series White and Orange reflective sheeting DG3 and 3M(R) Clear Electronic Cuttable Film Series 1170. G. Film Roll Size 48" x 50", 3M(R) 4080 Series White and Orange reflective sheeting DG3. H. 1 3/4 " x 1 3/4 " x 2ft 1414GA Galvanized Square Posts W/holes. I. 2" x 2" x 12ft 1414GA Galvanized Square Posts W/holes. J. Identify any lead time necessary per product. Price to include shipping and freight for each item. This Purchase Order and the rights and obligations of the County and Vendor shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The exclusive venue for any legal or judicial proceedings in connection with the enforcement or interpretation of this Purchase Order shall be in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in Sarasota County, Florida. County and Vendor hereby waive any right to trial by jury for disputes arising out of this Purchase Order.
