The Project consists of approximately 230 tons of asphalt pavement, 2,053 square yards of base, and 1,661 LF of pipe (water/sewer/storm), 8 mitered end sections, 2 manholes, 28 water services, 786 LF of curb, and 8 inlets. The City of Crestview reserves the right to accept or reject, in part or in total, any or all proposals and to waive any informalities as deemed in the best interest of the city. All proposals must be marked on the outside of the envelope with the proposer's name, the time and date of the opening. It shall be the bidders' responsibility to ensure that proposals are delivered to the above address at the appointed time. The City of Crestview, Florida does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, and handicapped status in employment or provision of service. * Document notes : Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
