Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Woodbridge, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project consists of the replacement of 23 RTU's, 6 ERU's, 59 classroom units, 2 Mini splits, 1 new dust collection system, and all related work as shown on Contract Documents prepared by Moseley Architects, dated October 31, 2023. Requests must be received at least ten (10) days prior to the bid opening date. Failure to do so will result in the Bidder not being able to submit a bid response. Documents will not be distributed until deposit, if any, is received. No partial sets will be issued. Prevailing Wages apply to this project. All wages, salaries, benefits, and other remuneration payable to any mechanic, laborer, or worker employed, retained, or otherwise hired to perform services in connection with this Contract shall be paid at or above the prevailing wage rate as set forth in attachment to this IFB. Federal Davis Bacon wages do not apply to this project.
