Question Deadline 07/22/2025 at 4:00 PM PT The Vic Trace Reservoir Replacement Project (Project) will replace a 10-million-gallon drinking water storage tank to improve operational flexibility and maintain critical drinking water storage for the community, as well as replace various nearby critical pieces of aging infrastructure that support the Project (e.g., pipelines, valves, pressure reducing stations, pump stations, etc.). The Project was recommended in the Citys Water Distribution Infrastructure Plan (WDIP) as a critical upcoming capital improvement project due to its age, increasing repair needs. Describe the circumstances under which the CMAR Firm has been convicted of any criminal conduct or been found in violation of any federal, state, or local statute, regulation, or court order concerning employment discrimination or prevailing wages within the past ten (10) years and confirm that the CMAR Firm has not been convicted or found liable of violating a state or federal law respecting the employment of undocumented immigrants within the past five (5) years. Describe if the CMAR Firm has ever been disqualified from a bid on grounds that it is not responsible, or otherwise disqualified or debarred from bidding under state or federal law. The City reserves the right to enter into negotiations with the firm receiving the highest rating following the interviews, if applicable. If such negotiations are not successful, the City will then enter into negotiations with the firm or firms receiving the next highest rating.
