Emergency Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch The award of this contract will be contingent upon the Bidder satisfying that a goal of 25% minority business participation has been considered in his/her Bidder's Proposal with evidence provided In the event that an electronically submitted bid has a corrupted attachment, the bid will be considered null and void.
