As of April 15, 2024, per owner, the project was initially awarded and subsequently cancelled. The City of Ashland (City) is seeking Proposals for professional engineering services for Project 2023-03 KESTREL PEDESTRAIN BRIDGE DESIGN. The purpose of this project is to design and permit a pedestrian and emergency vehicle access bridge over Bear Creek as part of the Bear Creek Greenway extension through the City of Ashland.The project will include, but is not specifically limited to, the following tasks and phases: PHASE 1: Preliminary Engineering PHASE 2: Final Engineering, Permitting, Easements, Public Outreach and Bidding Services PHASE 3: Construction Management Services For further information, contact the Citys Project Manager, Scott Fleury P.E., Public Works Director at 541/488-5587 or by email at scott.fleury@ashland.or.us. Proposals shall be limited to eight (8) pages and must include the services of a Professional Engineer registered in Oregon. The City of Ashland reserves the right to cancel this procurement or reject any and all Proposals in accordance with ORS 279B.100.
