The Corporation of the City of London (City), is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to seek interested and qualified consulting engineering firms to be the prime consultant and inspect, using a third-party technology vendor selected by the consulting engineering firm , approximately 13.33 km of transmission mains and/or sub-transmission watermains across 5 different sections that provides the City of London residents and businesses with water. To clarify, it is expected that the consulting engineering firm has experience in different watermain material properties, managing inspection services using different technologies and provide watermain condition assessment services.
