The City of Henderson is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of riprap rock and other base aggregate materials on an as-needed basis The City should be invoiced within thirty (30) days of delivery of items. Question Cuttoff Date & Time: 11/16/2023 04:00:00 PM (ET) The Department of Utility Services retains storage of aggregate materials onsite and may request delivery to the following address: 450 E. Galleria Drive Henderson, Nevada 89011 The City is seeking bids for the purchase of riprap, rock and other base aggregates which are used for flood control facilities, street shoulders, railroad tracks, water and wastewater facilities and infrastructure, and shall be used on as-needed basis, as specified herein. It is the Citys intention to award to multiple Contractors. All questions regarding this IFB must be submitted electronically . Questions must be submitted prior to the Question Cutoff Date and Time 11/21/2023, 4:00 PM (ET) :Non-Participation :Addendum Posted (if applicable) 1/19/2024 ,8:00 PM (ET):City Council Approval (if applicable). The City anticipates bringing forth the recommendation of award of this IFB to Henderson City Council for approval on January 19, 2024 (estimated date). The term of this contract shall be for one (1) year from the date of Contract award through December 31, 2024, with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods
