Resurfacing on 7the Line, from Yonge Street to Lake Simcoe. The scope includes utility relocations, servicing, vegetation preservation, removals and planting, grading and restoration works, drainage improvements, realignment of Banks Creeks, road reconstruction, urbanization, traffic calming, construction of a multi-use trail including bridges as necessary and the construction of a lakeside park. TIMELINE: A Request For Proposals has been issued by the owner. The town is seeking proposals from consultants to provide Design, Construction Administration and Construction Inspection Services. This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Corporation of the Town of Innisfil to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Design, Contract Administration and Construction Inspection Services for the following road sections: 7th Line - 20th Sideroad to Lake Simcoe - Improvements 7th Line - Yonge Street to 20th Sideroad - Rehabilitation. The awarded proponent will be required to review the Environmental Assessment (EA) and confirm that no amendments to the EA are required. The proponent shall also confirm if any additional studies are required. Works shall include coordination with utility companies and stakeholders, tender preparation, permit approvals, contract administration, construction inspection and post construction.
