Renovation of an educational facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project scope includes the removal and replacement of the existing pool stands and stairs coating at the Duke Kahanamoku Aquatic Complex. The removal and replacement of the coating must take in to account the protection of the pool from dust and debris while the pool is still in operation. The deadline to submit requests for clarification of the requirements of this RFP, Part 1 is November 22, 2023. All clarification requests shall be submitted via electronically. Start of Service Date: 03/01/2024. End of Service Date: 03/01/2025. UH reserves the right to cancel the RFP, including the RFP, Part 1 and the RFP, Part 2, at any time in accordance with HRS and HAR Title 3, Subchapter 11. If the RFP is cancelled, notice will be given to Offerors in accordance with HAR.
