The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor to perform concrete spall repairs on the piles and cap of Bent No. 7 and the bottom of Span No. 8 at the W. The Lafayette Consolidated Government reserves the right to reject any and all quotes for just cause in accordance with LA R.S. 382214.B. Contractors or contracting firms submitting quotes in the amount of $50,000.00 or more shall certify that they are licensed contractors under Chapter 24 of Title 37 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 and show their license number on the front of the sealed envelope in which their quote is enclosed.
