The Wynantskill Fire Department at 511 Church St in Wynantskill, NY is a 12,410 square foot existing building, over two floors on +/- 1.2 acres. The work includes major renovations to offices, meeting room, kitchen, bathrooms and accessory spaces. Two existing sheds are being replaced with a new shed building to house an existing fuel filling apparatus. Site work includes a complete rebuilding of the asphalt parking lots and drive lanes, including heavy-duty pavements, catch basins, low-retaining wall rebuild at the existing signage. Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing work occurs in both new and existing spaces, as well as support infrastructure for the new and renovated construction. Complete fire alarm system and fire sprinkler system will be installed as part of the project.
