Site work and renovation of a civil project in Dillon, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bidders must deposit security with all bids. Security shall be in the form of a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Owner, and shall be for an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Provisions of the security shall be as described in the Information for Bidders. The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor necessary to construct Replacement of the 4 th & Calhoun Pump Station and Gravity Sewer Rehabilitation consisting of the following approximate quantities: One (1) new duplex submersible pump station, 525 linear feet of 6-inch force main, site work and electrical and the rehabilitation of approximately 1,570 linear feet of 8" gravity sewer and associated manholes and services. The Information for Bidders, Bid Form, Contract, Plans, Specifications, Bid Bond, Performance Bond and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following locations: Any prospective bidder, offeror, contractor, or subcontractor who is aggrieved in connection with the solicitation of this contract may protest to Engineer (or) Owner in accordance with Section 11-35-4210 of the SC Code of Laws, within 15 days of the date of issuance of the Notice of Intent to Award. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
