As of July 11, 2024, this project has been awarded and under construction. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Reference Number 0000334310 qualified Landscaping Contractors to remove and upgrade the existing LCC Japanese Garden Landscaping. The Landscape Contractor is expected to purchase all materials, coordinate delivery, provide labor, insurance and bonding and install according to plans and specifications provided by "Landscape Architects & Planners" (LAP) on behalf of Lansing Community College. The project is expected to be completed by June 30, 2024. The contractor is expected to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years' experience in Japanese Garden construction. The contractor needs to demonstrate their knowledge of the principals of "MA". The garden is a display garden. Emphasis should be placed on the "Edo Period". The successful Bidder will need to coordinate delivery and installation as outlined in the attached specifications. The Contractor will coordinate all work and activities with the A/E firm and LCC.
