*As of December 7, 2023 project was awarded to Three Sisters Contracting but awarded amount is not available.** Restroom Remodel (Library area, both Boys and Girls restrooms) SCOPE OF WORK: *Remove and dispose of existing floor and wall tile in both restrooms. *Prepare walls and floors for new tile installation. *Install new ceramic floor tile using a "modern", yet cost efficient product on about 410 sq. ft. *Install new ceramic wall tile to match existing tile (around 6' high) that coordinates with new floor on about 775 sq. ft. *Provide/Install any trim, thin set, grout, or other needed materials to complete this job. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive all formalization in bidding.
