Concrete Sidewalk Remove and Replace for City Sidewalk Improvements In general, the Work shall be completed by State of Indiana certified/qualified Contractor and Subcontractors for the Project and consists of: Removal and replacement of sidewalk panels within the following neighborhoods: Windermere, Sunblest, Sweet Briar, Sweet Briar North, Britton Ridge, Ridgefield, Brooks Chase, Tanglewood, and Saxony. The Project has an expected of 110 days. A Bid or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each Bid. and Bonds each worth 100% of the Bid will be required of the successful Bidder. Bidders shall assure that they have obtained complete sets of Drawings and Contract Documents and shall assume the risk of any errors or omissions in Bids prepared in reliance on incomplete sets of drawings and Contract Documents. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. No bidder may withdraw any bid or proposal within a period of ninety (90) days following the date set for receiving bids or proposals. The City of Fishers reserves the right to hold any or all bids or proposals for a period of not more than ninety (90) days and said bids or proposal shall remain in full force and effect during said period. Submission of a signed Bid by the Bidder constitutes acknowledgment of and acceptance of all the documents and terms and conditions of the Contractual-Legal Requirements and Technical Sections of the specifications in the Project Manual. The Contractor to whom the work is awarded will be required to furnish an acceptable and each in the amount of 100% of the contract price and must be in full force and effect throughout the term of the Construction Contract plus a period of twelve (12) months from the date of substantial completion.
