Valley Metro is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors for the performance of a full range of Facilities Maintenance Services necessary to maintain the light rail Operations and Maintenance Center (OMC), the bus Operations and Maintenance Facility in Mesa (MBOM), park and rides, operator facilities, security offices, passenger stations, substations, signal buildings, support facilities, and all equipment/systems associated with these facilities. Term of contract - 2 Years Base Period (3) - 1 year options Notice To Proceed Monday, January 22, 2024 Written questions must be submitted via the AGENCY'S e-procurement website https://valleymetro.procureware.com/home by selecting the Clarifications Tab, before the last date for inquiries identified in RFP Schedule of Events, or 3:00 P.M. Phoenix local time on Thursday, November 16, 2023.
