Fiesta Circle 88 Storm Sewer (Infrastructure Repair) The engineers opinion of probable cost for this project is $143,000. The proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check on a bank or trust company in St. Louis County or in the City of St. Louis or by a bidder's bond, for an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the bid amount as bid security to the District. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (District) has established subcontractor goals for Building Construction (21% MBE and 10% WBE) and Non-Building Construction (10% MBE and 10% WBE) in the amount of $50,000 or more. Workforce goal requirements of 37% Minority, 11% Women, and 46% Apprentice (when applicable) apply to contracts in the amount of $500,000 or more. The requirements are further explained in the attached Business Diversity Utilization and Workforce Program document. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, offers or proposals submitted, to accept the proposal that it deems to be to its best interest, or to advertise for new bids.
