The project includes two (2) independent free standing restroom buildings one (1) approximately 912 sq. ft. with three (3) showers for public use and one (1) 816 sq. ft The project includes two (2) independent freestanding restroom buildings one (1) approximately 912 sq. ft. with three (3) showers for public use and one (1) 816 sq. ft. The tentative project start date is April 15, 2024 with a required completion date of August 15, 2024. Three (3) bid packages are requested: (1) to include project of two (2) restroom buildings and the other two (2) packages showing each building as its own project. Please highlight any cost or time savings by pursuing one package over another. A bid security is required in the amount of 2% of the bid amount. A payment bond is required. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required of the successful bidder prior to the award of a contract if the bid amount is greater than $50,000. If a bidder does not currently have a Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho, they must verify the capability of obtaining a license prior to submitting a proposal. Include names and Public Works License number on Sub-Contractor List as part of bid if total project value is greater than $50,000. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed, and all craftsman and laborers performing their work under this contract shall be paid at the minimum prevailing wage rate as currently determined for this area by the U.S. Department of Labor.
