Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Stamford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Replacement of 3 Ton Commercial HVAC Rooftop Condenser Unit at the Mary C. Rich Clubhouse/Teen Center The Stamford Community Development Office (SCDO) will be accepting sealed bids from General & Mechanical Contractors on behalf of Boys & Girls Club of Stamford Inc, located at 347 Stillwater Avenue, Stamford, CT 06902, for Replacement of 3 Ton Commercial HVAC Rooftop Condenser Unit at the Mary C. Rich Clubhouse/Teen Center. Contractors must have related experience, a Duns/Unique Entity Id number, be registered with SAM.gov and be licensed in the State of Connecticut. Contractors also must have General & Workman's Compensation Insurance for the project. The last day for questions is Friday, November 10, 2023. All contractors that submitted a bid will be notified via email with the bid results as well. The City of Stamford & BGCS, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities in the bidding if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Organization. This bid is subject to Community Development Block Grant Regulations, Federal Equal Opportunity Laws. Davis Bacon Wage Rates apply.
