The Loveland Municipal Building and Development Center Buildings are both supported by emergency generator and UPS systems. These systems were installed over 30 years ago and are now out of date and undersized for the current building capacity. The purpose of this project is to update these systems with other required exterior upgrades. The purpose of this request for proposals is to engage the services of an architectural and engineering team to integrate into the Citys overall design team through an abbreviated selection process. Requirements The selected Consultant will be expected to provide a full range of architectural and engineering services as described below. The work is expected to be delivered in four phases - Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents. The scope of services generally consists of the following: 1. Electrical Design 2. Architectural Design 3. Structural Design 4. Landscape Design 5.
