The consultant will be required to perform a detailed physical inspection to determine both the short-term rehabilitation needs (to be included as a Scope of Work for the future RAD conversion project), and long-term capital needs to be addressed through a Reserve for Replacement Account. The CNA e-Tool must meet the RAD Program requirements, as well as be compliant with the HUD Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) Guide, including any modifications made to the MAP requirements during the term of the agreement. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than October 19th at 5:00 p.m. via email to phowze@alamedahsg.org with a cc to Sarah Raskin at sraskin@alamedahsg.org. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and end on2021 unless extended, as discussed herein, or terminated earlier as provided in Paragraph 20 below (''Term''). The parties may choose by mutual agreement to extend the term of this Agreement up to a maximum of 60 months (5 years total) and shall do so by executing a written amendment to the Agreement. All indemnification and hold harmless provisions in this Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
