Reference Number : 1772594 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2023-12-18 The work will be able to take place as early as January 2024 and be completed in the fall of 2025. The project consists of the design AND construction of a new indoor multi-sports complex, followed by an asphalt traffic lane on the front of the new complex. The public body is the sole owner. The complex is to be built to the left of the existing Desjardins Pavilion, on the southwest side. Their façade must be aligned and then the complex must be located 18m from the outer side wall of the pavilion. The taxiway between the two buildings must be maintained at the end of the project. The project includes design AND design. The bidder is responsible for both components and is responsible for enlisting the necessary professionals. The complex must have a total floor area of approximately 5000 m2 and an approximate area of 1125 m2 on the first floor, distributed in the form of walkways, mezzanine, sports areas and closed rooms. See attached summary plans as well as all program sheets by room. These represent the desired layout of the spaces as well as some of the specific needs. The complex must comprise a single building and be 100% self-sufficient in terms of its water supply, sanitary and rainwater discharges, and its electricity and gas supply. All connections of these services and coordination are the responsibility of the Contractor and are also part of this Terms of Reference, with some exceptions (see Section 1.4 General Requirements). All service connections are to the front of the building at the junction of Frontenac Boulevard. The layout, layout, access, and dimensions of the interior spaces and premises of the complex must be as provided as planned.
