**Per Bulletin 1 the bid date has been extended from 11/29/23 to 12/13/23** This work provides for the construction a modular wall system in locations throughout the County of Allegheny to replace an existing wall or stabilize a failing slope. The assigned work may result from emergency conditions, structure failure or slope failure. The nature of the work is on an as-needed basis and the contract quantities that are shown on the bid tabulations do not represent specific tasks that need to be completed. Quantities shown in the bid tabulations are for bidding purposes only and may be decreased or increased at the discretion of the County of Allegheny. Note Section 110.02(d) of PennDOT Publication 408/2020 current change effective at the date of proposal discusses an adjusted price when items of work increase above 125% or decreases below 75% of the original contract quantity; this Section of PennDOT Publication 408/2020 current change effective at the date of proposal does not apply to this contract.
