Provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services for Lift Station Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Enmora #2, Bretshire #1, Red Gully, Cherry Oak, Annunciation, & Shadow Lake Lift Stations. The work will include the renewal/rehabilitation of six existing lift stations. The scope may include but will not be limited to lift stations site improvements, replacement of pumps, piping, utilities, valves, and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems along with rehabilitation of wet wells and other ancillary lift station components. Outdated electrical/control systems and mechanical equipment may also need to be replaced. Respondent shall comply with the City's Minority and Women Business Enterprise ("MWBE") programs as set out in Chapter 15, Article V of the City of Houston Code of Ordinances.
