The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract with one (1) or more qualified contractor(s) to provide fire extinguisher inspection, testing and repair services for Tidewater Community College (TCC). The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, and incidental items of any kind, as necessary, to provide fire extinguisher inspection, testing and repair services. Contractor shall provide all necessary safety equipment, whenever required, in order to perform in a safe working environment. Contract Term: One (1) year with four (4) additional, optional one (1) year renewal periods. Contract for Tidewater Community College will begin as soon as possible. In lieu of a Pre-Bid Conference, questions will be accepted by e-mail to Tiffany Ollie through October 27, 2023.
