Water Plant No. 3 Improvements The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except the time for submitting a Bid. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond or a certified or cashiers check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid BONDS. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond each in the sum of 100 percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The successful bidder must also provide a oneyear (1) Maintenance Bond for one hundred (100) percent of the cost of the construction of the improvements that will be owned by Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 383.
