Public Address System: 1. Provide a new Mass Communication Public Address system & VoIP Phone system. Installation of VoIP phones (Phones furnished by District) & programmed by Contractor with Singlewire/InformaCast for Atlas IED PA System & VoIP Phones. 2. Integration of Mass Communication Public Address system & Cisco VoIP Phone system to Singlewire/InformaCast software at District Server. The district has Singlewire/InformaCast fusion software installed at district's centralized server. 3. Provide implementation & programming of Atlas IED & VoIP phones systems, plan scenarios, add devices & users, create messages, testing, training as required by the district. Provide all required licenses for quantity of points required under this project + 25% with 5 years of user license, Provide all required interfaces & licenses for a fully operable system. 4. Demolition of existing PA/Clock/Bell/Telephone system after completion of new scope. B. Fire Alarm System: 1. Project consists of work related to Removal of existing Fire Alarm System and Replacement with new Fire Alarm System equipment, devices, conduit, wiring and programming at Fire Alarm Control Panel and providing CAD & SDU files for Central Station monitoring & programming. 2. The Work consists of all labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, service, and facilities necessary for replacement of existing Fire Alarm systems at all existing permanent and portable building and all related work at (3) Elementary Schools. Work also shall include all demolition existing Fire Alarm system installation and finishing operations necessary to completely install and program new fire alarm systems as specified and to make it legally operational and programmed.
