Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Cape May, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The project work consists of demolition of existing infrastructure and installing of new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as part of the renovation of the locker rooms, bathrooms, and fitness center within the Cape May Maintenance Building located at the Cape May Ferry Terminal Complex in Cape May, New Jersey. Any questions, clarifications, or requests for revisions to the Contract Documents must be forwarded to the Authority in writing via CapEx no later than six (6) business days prior to the bid opening date and time The participation goal for certified Minority-Owned, Women-Owned, or Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (collectively, "M/W/DBEs") is 5% of the total value of the contract.
