Christian County invites qualified vendors to submit responses for the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 2023-0024 in accordance with the requirements stated here in for Sewer Collection System Maintenance. Respondents should provide a proposal scope of services applicable to the project/system described below which demonstrates compliance with MoDNR requirements including but not limited to: 24 hour response capability Routine inspections of the lift station Scheduled inspections and maintenance of collection system Cooperation with County Maintenance Director as the day-to-day onsite contact Christian County has been approved as the Continuing Authority for a small wastewater system located within a 39.36-acre development located at 2701 W. Jackson St., Ozark, MO. The County is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for a third-party State Certified Operator to provide ongoing maintenance and repairs to this system as well as any other requirements covered under Missouri 10 CSR 20-9 which are not otherwise more appropriately addressed by the receiving entity. The Missouri Department of Natural Resources has issued Construction Permit No. MOGSE0463 for Christian County Government Plaza. The system includes approximately 1,890 linear feet of 8-inch PVC SDR-35 gravity sewer, 762 linear feet of 8-inch PVC SDR-21 gravity sewer with 13 manholes, 1,594 linear feet of 1.5-inch SCH 80 PVC force main, and one (1) E-ONE W Series duplex grinder pump station with a 500 gallon capacity and two (2) storage tanks with 2500 gallon capacity, to serve 300 PE and a design average flow of 4,000 gpd and a peak flow of 685 gph. Project discharges to an existing system to be treated at City of Ozark WWTF, MO-00099163. This system is currently under construction with service and conveyance to begin in Q2, 2024.
