This contract includes approximately 240 LF of 30" gravity sewer, 2225 LF of 18" gravity sewer, 2 ea. low flow creek crossings, 3 ea. new pipe connections to existing manholes, 4 ea. manhole outside drops, 112 LF of 15" CIPP pipe rehabilitation, 2 ea. 60" diameter manholes, 6 ea. 48" diameter manholes, removal and disposal of 2500 LF (+/-) of existing 15" and 16" sewers, 140 LF of 12' wide (1,680 SF+/-) pavement repairs, one (1) Duplex Sewer Lift Station w/1 D' diameter wet well and 6' x 6' valve vault, DIP valve vault piping and valves, Pumps and Controls, hardware and appurtenances, 20 LF PVC Force Main and connection to existing force main, one (1) ea. 6' diameter manhole, one (1) ea. 10' diameter manhole, 95 +/- LF of 8" and 10" PVC gravity sewers, 25 LF open cut casing, 30 LF x 4' wide pavement repairs, grading/re-grading and site preparation, fencing, erosion control, landscaping/seeding/mulching, and all appurtenances and installation for complete and fully operable interceptor sewers and new duplex sewer lift station. Each Bidder must accompany his bid with a Bid Bond in amount of not less than five (5) percent of the base bid. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days. The Bidder awarded the contract shall execute a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond and shall furnish a certificate of insurance as required, in the General Conditions. The Stanford Water Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and waive informalities. Question Deadline 03/12/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent ofthe Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening ofBids may not be answered.
