RFP D/B - Virtual Ramp Control. THE PROJECT consists of completing the Design and Construction Documents; furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals; and performing all Work necessary for the installation of the Virtual Ramp Control project in accordance with the details as shown on this Request for Proposal (RFP), or as directed by MNAA or its authorized representative. Proposers must be in good standing with the State of Tennessee and be qualified to meet all Local, State, and Federal statutes, codes, regulations, and ordinances governing the performance of the type of Work for which Proposer is submitting a Proposal. SCOPE. This project consists of the design and construction of elements necessary to implement a virtual ramp control system at BNA. MNAA will provide structural infrastructure for the cameras and sensors, communications routing, and preparation of the virtual ramp control room in the CSF. The contract will be procured as a Progressive Design/Build with two (2) component guaranteed maximum prices (CGMPs) anticipated. The attainment of the SMWBE participation level established for this contract is to be measured as a percentage of the total dollar value of the contract. The SMWBE participation level established for this Contract will be 5.33% MBE and/or WBE . Please note that your organization must have an Authorized Signer to sign the Proposal documents; the authorized signer must have the authority to bind your company to each and every term, condition, article, and obligation of the RFP and any resultant Contract. The Virtual Ramp Control Project will commence in January 2024 with completion within the specified number of calendar days. Proposer is advised that MNAA reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals submitted, to waive any and all informalities, irregularities and/or technicalities in any Proposal or Proposal Guaranty, to accept any Proposal deemed advantageous to it and to negotiate changes, deletions, or additions to these Contract Documents with the successful Proposer.
