Central Arkansas Water (CAW) to obtain pricing and a contract for water meters for the Distribution Department. There will be two (2) added options of which CAW may award from either the original price document, Option A and Option B or a combination of. SCOPE OF WORK A. Vendor shall be responsible for providing the required water meters per the stated specifications below. B. Vendor must meet or exceed all requirements and specifications as set forth in this solicitation. CAW shall have the right to amend specifications and requirements, to add or remove specifications, to add or remove service locations, and to add or remove any services offered by the vendor under the scope of this contract, based on revisions in federal, State, and/or local regulations, or as determined to be in the best interest of CAW. Vendor and CAW shall come to a written agreement regarding negotiated cost for such changes. C. CAW shall have the right to assess damages which shall be deducted from the payment for goods. At the sole discretion of CAW, damages may be assessed based on vendor's failure to meet the requirements of this contract.
